Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County Accepting Grant Applications

The Vanderburgh Community Foundation is now accepting online applications for the Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County Grants Program. Grant applications are due before 5 p.m. on Friday, July 30 and must be completed online via the Foundation’s website. The Women’s Fund will award two $35,000 Impact Grants at their annual meeting in November – one for a (Capital) project and one for a program.

Consideration will be given to organizations that demonstrate:

  • Commitment to long-range planning, financial stability and sustainability
  • Sound plan to address ongoing or emerging issues that have been identified by research
  • Solid, realistic plan for project evaluation
  • Desire to promote collaboration among organizations or institutions to prevent duplication of services
  • Project methodology utilizing a preventative approach to addressing the issue and solving problems
  • Evidence of realistic organizational planning and management
