As a new business owner in these unprecedented times, I am thrilled to have such a great organization to help keep me updated and informed. 

From the contacts and connections I made at the first CNN’s I attended,  to this current day of Covid-19, I have had the feeling the SWIN Chamber has my back and a vested interest in my business.

When restaurant dining rooms were first being shut down, Tina reached out to me and wanted to know how they could help.  She informed me of the SWIN Chamber’s restaurant list and the social media sites.  As things changed, she reached out again to see if I needed to update new procedures or add to my information. When channel 14 started airing segments on the effects on local business, another call from Tina to see if I was interested in participating.

With all the above actions and the latest updates posted daily, I have been up to date and informed on what the next step should be to survive these time.

Some of my Easter sales and catering box lunches to businesses still working, were and direct results from Chamber connections and people wanting to support local who seen or got my information from the Chamber’s social media sites or seen the Chamber segment on channel 14.

When I first looked into the Chamber, I was hesitant to spend the money for the membership fee, now I tell everyone it has been some of the best money I have spent since the start of this new venture.

Thank you Tina and everyone else at SWIN Chamber for all you do.  I look forward to many more years of membership in hopefully more normal times.
