Who started the business and why? David O’Neil. After graduating USI, I had several sales jobs in Evansville — one in insurance and one in telecommunications. I wanted something more. I wanted the ability to help more people and have more control over my future. Being from Posey County, it was natural to start my business here.

What are the services you provide at your business? We provide insurance counseling and information. In addition, we can write auto, home, business, commercial, tenant, life, classic car, and many other types of insurance in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

What is your favorite thing about the business? The flexibility to run a business in the best way we can to take care of our clients. It also allows me to continue to serve our country as a US Army Paratrooper.

How does your business differentiate itself from the competition? All my employees live and work in Posey County. We know what’s going on in the local area and a majority of advertising dollars go into local sponsorships. We’re always available by phone, email, or text.

What do most members of the community not know about your business? We have been in business for 7 years and located in the business plaza next to IGA. We have extremely competitive prices with second to none coverage. We’re a great place to shop for life insurance.

Anything else you would like included about your business? We are aggressively looking for more commercial and businesses to insure.
