McMahon Exterminating of Evansville, IN is celebrating 50 years in the pest control business! A family-owned and operated business, that is now in its third generation, has aspired to provide the Evansville area with prompt and courteous service at a fair price.
Jack McMahon started the business on March 17, 1971, with the simple goal of providing quality pest control solutions to customers from someone they can trust and they’re still upholding those same values in 2021. Jack’s son, Charlie, is now CEO and has helped to grow the business to offer more than just pest control solutions. In 2018, Charlie’s son, Luke, joined team McMahon to start learning the trade, making McMahon a third generation pest management company.
The McMahon team took on the challenges of 2020 in stride and adjusted their business to also offer contactless billing and antimicrobial coatings for corporate clients in an effort to help them keep their employees and
customers safe. McMahon Exterminating has always fought to push past the surface of pest control to continue to grow their business. They have a commitment to technology and research that has allowed them to use safer and more environmentally friendly products and applications including products that are pet and child-safe. “We strive to educate our customers on the importance of being able to deter pests from their homes and businesses because even though they are pests to them, they still all serve an important part to our local ecosystems,” said Charlie McMahon. With a licensed entomologist on the team and extensively trained professionals, they are set up to provide the Evansville area with safe, effective and competitively priced solutions for all your pest management needs.
In preparation for McMahon Exterminating’s 50th Anniversary, they have launched a new, comprehensive pest control guide to their website that focuses on giving customers important pest information. On this site,
customers can look up the many different insects and rodents that are common nuisances in the Ohio River Valley area. They also implemented an informational video series launched on their YouTube channel,
McMahon Exterminating, and their website. “We’re grateful for the unwavering support and commitment of our customers over the last 50 years, and we’re looking forward to the next 50,” said McMahon.
