Progress in 2018
In March of this year, the Technology and Innovation Committee (TIC) made great strides with the passing of Senate Bill 257 that exempted taxability
of sales of Software as a Service (SaaS) in Indiana. https://techpoint.org/2018/03/saas-sales-tax-exempt-indiana/
A 2nd significant 2018 event for technology in the state is the creation of the $250M Next Level fund for innovation in Indiana.
