In 2008, Dr. Jones became the Medical Director at the Evansville Psychiatric Children’s Center (EPCC) where she was responsible for overseeing and directing care of all EPCC patients while complying with all pertinent federal, state, and local regulation. During her tenure, she was credited with enhancing many of the center’s protocols which led to increased outcomes for the youth served. From 2017 to 2019, Dr. Jones was named the Interim Superintendent at EPCC which provided her the opportunity to oversee the entire operations of the center and its staff of over 50 employees.
“Clinical leadership at Southwestern is the backbone of our organization. Ensuring that our clients receive the most effective, evidence-based treatment is our number one priority. We could not provide the clinical services that our community, our patients and their families have grown to respect and demand without the clinical leadership that we have in place. Our focus is clear – Southwestern is not only committed to being proactive and progressive but a leader in providing mental health and addiction services to our region of Southwestern Indiana,” said Katy Adams, President and CEO of Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare.
