Looking for a unique team building opportunity or just a break from the office? The Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe) invites local professionals, go-getters, and businesses to take a breather from the office. Join cMoe Play Experts for a special recess and discover how play helps team building, reduces stress, improves creative thinking, and creates strong bonds with colleagues. Corporate Recess will take place on Monday, October 28 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the museum.
According to a American Psychological Association survey, a third of U.S. employees report experiencing chronic stress connected to work. cMoe wants to help businesses looking for ways to tear down walls, to get people engaged and innovate. Play is the first step toward innovation.
Corporate Recess is a playful way to spend your lunch break! Chef Bruce Li will be parked right outside of the museum with food available for purchase. Open tables for groups to have lunch or chat will be available inside, along with light refreshments. Volunteers from The Vanderburgh Humane Society are back to host the ever-popular animal cuddle station. Chair massages will be provided by Deaconess The Women’s Hospital. Small group and team activities will be available throughout the museum.
Corporate Recess is free for community members to attend and no pre-registration is required. This event is sponsored by Old National Bank.
