Chamber Launches Keep It Local! Campaign

Keep It Local!

We launched our Keep It Local! campaign earlier this year to bring awareness to and promote purchasing from business in the Southwest Indiana region. This campaign celebrates our community by highlighting our many amenities and businesses, organizations, and agencies that make our region a globally competitive place to work, live, and grow a business.

The campaign began with a publication, printed in partnership with Evansville Courier & Press, that lists Southwest Indiana businesses and community assets. Local radio stations, including WIKY and Hot 96, continue the campaign, encouraging listeners to shop at businesses that have the Keep It Local! window decal displayed. If you are interested in sponsoring the Keep It Local! radio campaign this holiday season and throughout 2015, contact Emily Dunbar-Daugherty at Midwest Communications, Inc. by email or phone at 812-433-3289.

Southwest Indiana is home to a plethora of merchants and service providers, giving businesses and consumers quick access to just about anything they might need right here in our community. What’s more, strong and lasting relationships are formed when we keep our dollars local, helping ensure our economy continues to prosper.

With the support of nearly 1,700 members who invest in the Southwest Indiana Chamber, we continue to work diligently to promote and protect our businesses. Consider spending your hard-earned dollar with our members – businesses who continue to support the economic prosperity of Southwest Indiana.
