EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, recently acquired Fairfield Square in Winnsboro, South Carolina. The shopping center is Regency’s first property in the state and will add an additional 105,855 square feet to Regency’s portfolio, which now includes properties in 16 states.
Fairfield Square is a grocery anchored center with several national and regional tenants such as IGA Food Store, CVS, Hibbett Sports, and Roses Express. It is planned to spend approximately $250,000 on renovations for this center. This center is centrally located at the intersection of US Highway 321 Bypass and West Moultrie Street, enabling the property to serve the greater Winnsboro trade area.
