Guests will don their best costumes and bid on items donated by local businesses including Disney World tickets, gift cards, a wine class, golf outings, jewelry, a chocolate basket, packages for kids, a bourbon basket and a host of other exciting items.
Founded in 2009, Parenting Time Center provides supervised visitation, safe exchange of a child, and cooperative parenting workshops for families of all backgrounds who are experiencing challenges. The mission of PTC is to empower parents, guardians, and children to create positive relationships in a safe and environment.
In 2016, PTC provided 8212 hours of service to families in need. “This number exceeds by 25% the number of hours we worked with our clients in 2015. It’s an alarming increase,” according to Kathryn Kornblum-Zelle, executive director. “With the support of our local businesses and friends of the organization, we’ll have more dollars to provide more services for more families.”
